1. Service Description
xPoints is a fantasy football analytics platform that publishes statistical model projections for FPL (Fantasy Premier League) player performance. The service is provided free of charge and on an “as-is” basis.
2. Not Financial Advice
xPoints publishes data and model outputs — not recommendations or advice. All fantasy football decisions are made solely by the user. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any projection or calculation. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require authentication via Supabase. By creating an account you agree to provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially resell data obtained from xPoints without prior written permission. Automated access beyond normal browsing is prohibited.
5. User Data
We do not sell, share, or monetise user data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
6. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue xPoints at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions or changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xPoints and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
